Rocks and fresh water and sunrise

I woke this morning with a migraine when I noticed the epic sunrise. I popped 2 pills, grabbed my gear, drove 55 in a 35 and ran 1/4 mile to catch what was left of the sunrise. Totally worth it.

I love the purple and pink tons to the sunrise! And the swans are gorgeous. The very first shot, though, I'm sure is level but the right has more visual weight. Its throwing me off. In general, I love them all-- well done!

Great story....glad you made it in time and could function well enough w/ a migraine to capture some great shots! The comp and colors are lovely in all of them, but I think the horizon is off in #1--if it isn't then it does give that impression enough that it bothers me. The bird shot is wonderful...lovely reflections and the coloring in the image is very nice.

    Well done!

Great set, Bryan. I love the light in #1, 2, and 7. #7 is really interesting with the gold light and the mist with the swans.

Thanks everyone. I'll have to double check the horizon in #1, I thought it was an illusion based on my position. Maybe I should straighten it regardless?
