Sometimes you just have to follow the helicopters for a good photo op ;)

I was on my way home from an errand downtown when I noticed helicopters. I hopped in to my truck and found the source: the court house had been evacuated due to a bomb threat. Nearly caused a mistrial by taking pics of prospective jurors. Ooops! I deleted my stuff in front of the District Attorney and all present. Good lesson ;)

Not sure how you'd be the cause of a mistrial by taking pictures of a prospective jury on a public street? Who would know they were a part of the jury pool?

That seems odd which is why I'm curious.

Not sure, either, but I wasn't going to argue with the mob. They all wore big, red necklaces that said, "Juror."

Naw, it's from Americans who run their mouths and don't know how to behave.

Great capture in #1. I love her expression and the police in the background. Good use of DoF.
