Well I'm back after a nice weekend away. Thought maybe it was time for something other than cat photos (but don't worry, I have more of those! :rofl). It's not often that you find these guys off their feet.

    I like this picture. There is something very peaceful about it.
    I do wish the giraffe's faces were not quite so dark - though that could just be my crummy eyesight. :)

    Alas when shooting wildlife, you can't always pick optimal conditions nor ask the animals to pose for you. Heck in Africa you can't even get out of the vehicle unless you wanna volunteer for lunch duty! rolleyes1.gif

    This is one that maybe I should have tried more post processing on.
