Digital downloads Free galleries and Pay Galleries...Possible?

Hello,

I have got my smugmug pro site up and running and have been working on some customizations...

Question#1: I would like to have some galleries have digital downloads for sale, and some galleries have digital downloads for free...I have been looking on the forums and have not found an answer yet...(I probably have not looked hard enough...) Is this possible?

Question #2: Can you have 1 and 4 mp downloads be free and originals for sale?

Digital downloads through the shopping cart can't be set to free. If you set the price to 0 then they won't be available.

If you want to offer digital downloads for free in a gallery, I believe you will need to allow access to Originals and make sure right click protection is not enabled. That will enable the "save photo" option. Keep in mind if the original is enabled in the gallery there will be no reason for viewers to buy anything from that gallery since the original is available for free.

Thank you for your response...I am not sure that allows me to do what I want to do. I want to be able to decide myself whether to charge or not charge for any combination of digital downloads....I guess SmugMug folks would have to add that functionality?
