    The extra space at the top is very nice. I interpret it as a finger in the eye to standard backdrops. I would choose a blue garage door over muslin all day.

    I like the blue backround almost like a gradient.. your camera renders blue very nicely.

    I think I'm going to get a rep that blue and red really are my colours. They aren't, but it's something that pervades a lot of the places I trundle. I don't think the shot would be interesting without the space at the top. It wasn't intended to be a comment on bland backgrounds in a lot of people shots, but it might have been a subconscious reaction.
