Help with 8x10 auto crop

Photo friends,

I completed a photo shoot for a large group, there were 11 total. When my customer go to checkout a purchase an 8x10 it crops out the people on the edge of the picture.

Do you have any solutions?

    Warning, 8x10 ratio will not fit most cameras without cutting off the sides. So
    zoom out some when taking these.

    Selecting "no crop" for printing is the only way to preserve the full image.
    Although it adds a white border on two sides.
