Is this down to Smug?

Hi,
Not sure where to post this so put it here:
Having problems over the last couple of days with timeouts when viewing my site:
www.paul-griffiths.net (www.pjspics.smugmug.com)

This is the message I am getting:



I know there is planned maintenance today but I have had this issue on and off for a couple of days.
It makes no difference if I use paul-griffiths.net or pjspics.smugmug.com address.
I have turned my firewall off and still the same issues.
