As an owner you have access to < Gallery: Smart Setting > -tools searching and arranging your OWN photos and galleries - but the visitors search tool are very limited.
Visitors wants, as much as the owner, search using rules as dates, keyword, geography etc.
For visitors, searching my geotagged&keyworded aerial photos, this is crucial.

This gives me hope!.. and as from you answer it seems to be very easy?

Spent some time last winter to understand how to find photos in smugmug, but still do not understand what you mean. It should be fantastic if visitors could search through all my aerial photos with the splendid geography option in Smart Galleries as well using keywords in combination. Be able to find my aerial photos within a particular area.

What do you mean "link to your site please" - do you mean my Smugmug site? I tried one thing.. use a URL-string in the Navigation Bar Builder in Easy Customizer... URL for the Smart Gallery Geography tool .. but then my login are needed.. when I am Visitors View.

Basic.. There are two options Owners view and Visitors view. I have not found out how to extend the Visitors view to have as smart Gallery search tool similar that is avaliable the Owner view ?

PS I even tried to find out how the 6 different Google Maps keyword based search alternatives.. works as "http://feedback.smugmug.com/forums/17723-smugmug/suggestions/761364-better-geo-searching-even-for-visitors?ref=title" but they are impractical for my use.

I do not know.... I hoped very much to get some answer. Because this is the most crucial problem for me during this year - to find a way where clients can search my aerial photos. Maybe I am stupid or have spent to little time to explore Smugmug?

the Smart Gallery Settings in so smart and the Visitor needs this function at least as much as the Owner so I can not find out why it is not available or implemented?
And why is geotag info implemented if visitors can not use it in searching?

I have not found anybody else asked for this.. so maybe there is a simple way around?

Sincerely Per Pixel

Maybe.. I have been in contact with them during last year and they told me to put the idea on the forum.. I have done.. but nobody there seems to understand how important this is ;) .. at least for a few.
I do not know? Maybe I will go with Flickr instead.. it has a geography search tool "map this" ..but feel not that Pro in other ways..
You do not have good contact with some in the smugmug developer team ? ..that you can convince ?
It should not be that hard to open up the smart gallery advanced search (incl geography tool) even for visitors? It should be interesting to understand why it is hidden? If there is a reason?
Thanks for you answered me.. because I feel so alone in this type of situation.
