I found this guy hanging around the porch. He seemed to like the suger water I put on the Habiscus last week. He landed on me twice, so it was time to quit.

Looks like he has his leg in his mouth in that last picture??
I changed the lite on these last potos, do they look any better?

Nice shots! I especially like the 2nd one.

I like the lighting in the first few photos better.
The last 2 seem a little hot, and there is less separation between the background and the wasp.
I like the green color better in the last 2 shots.

I took the softbox off, and the little glass diffuser that comes with the speedlite was down. I can't wait to get some more pics with it in the right position. Bet they will be better??

good shots, like #2 best.

all a bit central in frame, i always have the flip down diffuser down on flash, i does add a bit more diffusion

Thanks Phil. I found that out today. Added a little ISO and looks good.
