Well as she has a habit of doing the little woman gets on the internet and see's a blurb about training your puppy to ring a bell to go out.

I thought the same thing until we got a Giant Schnauzer. We trained her to ring a bell on the back door when she needed to go out. She now does it all the time, no problem. Pretty cool.

That may be the most brilliant thing I've ever heard... our dog has learned to nudge us until we ask him to go out. He's deaf now, so we look at the door pointedly, then he'll look at the door. We'll do it two or three times so we know he means it.

I should've bought him a bell, but I think I'm 16 years too late....

We call him Aerodog.
