His focus is clearly not where he's shooting. This is one of those cases that whatever is outside the frame is pretty important. It's a shame that there's no hint of the sexy woman he's checking out to the right.

I really like the Depth of Field on this one. If the whole thing was in focus, I'd be worried about losing the subject, with the steeple and tree right behind him and the well lighted tree to his right (our left).
