My favorite exhibit at Sea World used to be the manatees. It seems that they've moved them to Florida (hopefully so they can be rehabilitated and released in their natural environment).

So now they have the same river fish as before, but have added two tiny terrariums to the exhibit.

They ain't manatees, but Poison Dart Frogs sure are cool!

Poison dart frogs are really neat. Cool pictures. I think the exposure is a little off on #2 and #3. The white parts of the frog are over exposed. Maybe try changing your metering setting to meter off of what light it's getting from only the center rather than the whole frame. Also, I assume the frogs were behind glass? If so, pretty good results for shooting through glass.

I know this is your thread, but here's the one poison dart frog I've ever shot. This was, unfortunately, taken through a glass fish tank.

Taken through glass, yes. Fairly difficult conditions. The second one has some dodging done to it (I was trying to make his eyes visible as well as bring out the spots on his belly - may have brightened up the white a bit much).

    Thanks for the feedback.

Harder than focus were the ever changing reflections due to people walking around behind me.

I probably looked like a power nerd with my 24-105 at full length against the glass, but oh well. :D

I found it to be so frustrating that I just gave it up ,when you have so many elements that are not in your favor :cry
