Unlisted gallery ?

I tried to download photos from Elements 8 into my galleries. Didn't work so I loaded them onto another existing gallery then transferred the photos to it's own gallery. Problem is that it is now listed as an "unlisted gallery" and I can't send this gallery to friends. What did I do wrong and how can I get this unlisted gallery up to where I can sent it to friends.?

Tools> gallery settings > set the gallery to public.
