Don't know if this belongs here but I am will be using speedotron strobes and the powerpack. I will be using the 1205cx is it safe to plug the sync cord from the power pack to my Nikon D200 and not fry my camera?:dunno

Shooting tomorrow at school and need some input or should I just connect the pocket wizard instead?

I'd use the Pocket Wizard because a sync cord becomes a trip hazard. Set the camera down and it could end up on the floor too.

Do the Speedotron strobes usually have built in transceivers/Receivers that way I just connect the pocket wizard to the hot shoe and to the right channel and fire away?

I don't think the Speedtrons have built in wireless. You'll have to trigger them with a PW (you have two, correct?).
