Blogged. Note: If my blog takes a while to load for you, please tell me. And I am pretty discombobulated right now...

Anyhoo, shot this wedding on Saturday... and my car was hit and the lady left the scene. So I was pretty ... really pissed, but I still knocked this wedding out! Thankfully, I was kept myself calm till after the wedding when I had to go back to the police station.

......

End of the wedding, before the police.. was the whiskey incident...>.> Sorry, FoB, I never had whiskey before, so yes me running around gasping means I am a whiskey newbie.

Anyhoo images:

It was right after this where the limo driver came running in yelling, " I AM HERE AND SOMEONE'S SILVER SUBARU WAS JUST BACKED INTO!" LAst and only shot from this idea. Oh well, I like what I got.

all about character.

Thanks for looking. And wish my car luck... $1300 worth of damage, stress levels went up 1000x during the wedding cause it was painfully difficult to get the driver's information..... ugh.

Oh well, the wedding was a blast and it was great.

Shooting the whiskey and shooting. :D

oh man--that was YOUR car that got backed into!!! And you couldn't really stop shooting to attend to your car issues, definately sounds stressful.

Love the lipstick on the cheek shot--well spotted and the loving couple in #5 (I just love that shot).
I must know, do you remember what song they were danding to in #13. I'm guessing no, but I'm wondering what song brings this out in them. Excellent shot and looks to be a very fun wedding.

Yeah I don't remember what song they were playing for #13. The setlist was mainly punk rock songs... so I am not sure.

LOVE the shots of the B&W guests during the ceremony, and the kiss on the dad's cheek!

The only problem with doing super macro shots is that man, if there's any dust, you see it! Might wanna clean up that macro shot with the clone tool, IF it's going to be printed or put in an album...

Thanks, Matt. I am really happy with what I got during the ceremony. :)

I am redoing the rings, since, we couldn't get them during the wedding. So I will make sure the candles are clean and not so bruised. They couldn't take them off during the wedding... rolleyes1.gif

Great stuff. I really enjoyed this set, but I gotta tell you, #2 really confused me. I thought "Why'n hell did he take a picture of an ash tray with a butt sticking out of it, and balloons draped over it ? . ? . OOOhhhhh, now I get it. Seriously . . . 10 seconds. And I haven't had a whiskey yet.

    I agree, great shot.

I have to say something AND I hope this doesn't come out wrong but I love to see "white" people dance at weddings. Just full of awesome! I put white in quotes because I'm considered a "white" Cuban but we all know that Cubans can dance.

WOW... two stereotypes in one post. I hope I don't get flamed as I don't mean either in a bad way.

Ha... I've seen some pretty good Filipino hip-hop dancers in my day.
