Next newbie question

As mentioned before, a friend wants to open a SmugMug Pro site but does not have internet access at this time.

My friend is a good photographer, but is not comfortable with computers. He'll be able to upload his pix, but that's about it. He's in a different town than I am.

Question: I he has the account, but gives me the password, can I prepare his site and make changes?
