Moving Business from IN to CA?

So.... I registered my LLC in Indiana a few years back... and now I've moved to California. Do I register as a foreign business here? Do I dissolve my IN LLC and then re-incorporate my LLC in CA? What is the best process? Should I just get an appointment with a tax attorney to discuss this?
