New Toy Nikon P100
I picked up a refurbished Nikon P100 26x zoom love the price point on it. I almost bought one when they came out glad I waited. Wanted a P&S that I could use for the grandkids for shot and movies. But also wanted a lighter camera for cetain applications. So we will see how it works out.
Instead of taking the usual shot of the cat I thought I would break from tradition

299.99 same at both places. I know when it first came out it was 500.00
They have a good review of super zooms on dpreview.com. Nikon did not get the highest rating but I thought it was a good price.

I bought the P90 refurbished from B & H about 6 months ago for $250 specificly for the 26mm wide angle to use for work. I inspect conduit manholes for occupancy, and some of them are extremely small. 26mm lets me get everything I need from each wall in one shot. Before that, I was using an old Vivitar fixed at 38mm that my company provided
