Is it Me, or Something Else?

I've always used the Bridge (CS3) uploader to upload new galleries to SmugMug without a problem.

Today, however, it just doesn't work. I go through all the motions, click on Create New Gallery, fill in all the blanks (gallery name, category, theme, quick settings), click on Create Gallery, and absolutely nothing happens.

Just wondering if it's something at my end I need to fix or something somewhere else along the daisy chain up to SmugMug.

PS: The SmugMug Simple Uploader worked just fine.

Having the same issue. The simple uploader goes through the whole process and shows all of the photos uploaded. When I click on go to my gallery, it says this gallery is empty.

PS: The SmugMug Simple Uploader worked just fine.

I don't have CS3 anymore, Sorry. It used to work, but Adobe doesn't update it anymore for us, I'm sorry. And it's never been the fastest uploader. Best is to create your gallery, launch the simple uploader (which is our fastest!) and then drag your files from Bridge into the uploader. Thanks!

indicates connection errors. Please write our Support Heroes and we'll get some diagnostic tests going.

Thanks Andy. Will do. I finally got them all uploaded using the simple uploader. I'll have them look at it anyway for the future.

Thanks Andy ... at least now I know it's not me. Bridge may have not been the fastest but it sure was easy. At least I thought so.

I'll just have to get used to using another uploader.
