Framed (EZPrint) Prints Questions

I have a new office out of town, and want to order some prints for it. I want good quality (at a decent price) but not interested in chasing after a custom framer in Chicago and dealing with the hassle.
The Framed prints from EZPrints look good in the catalog, but there is very little info on them. Could some who have used them comment on quality, etc.?
And what kind of paper/finish is the print? It just says "art quality", I do not know what that means. At the EZPrint site they seem to imply they only use Matte?
The other alternative is some frameless setup, e.g. the thinwrap ones from Bay (the ones from EZprint look like the foam shows which did not look attractive). But the furniture is all wood and the other rooms have frames, I worry they may look a bit weird.
Any other recommendations for something that might look good in a corporate environment, without spending a fortune, that I can get printed and drop shipped?
