EOS 1D MkIV battery life

I couldn't find any data about the battery life for the Mk IV that passed the sniff test (It is my first 1D) and I was a little concerned as I had a large XC Invitational meet to shoot this weekend. Well, not to worry. I can report that after 5,500 frames my battery still had 25% life left in it ( and this included many image reviews through out the day).

I am very pleased indeed.

Regards,

George.
