Is there a way to make adjustments to "auto" settings....such as auto contrast, etc, in Photoshop (either CS or elements?)? This would...make me happy.

Also....
As a self-taught photographer I occasionally have a question that makes me feel like an idiot...lol.
I LOVE my current lens that I favor (a Nikkor 18-105mm) on my Nikon D90. I am desperate for higher contrast right out of the camera. I've messed with saturations and profiles, but is there something someone might recommend, without me having to change lenses?
I run normally with UV and POV filters as well.

Thanks crew!
