my eldest, home for the holiday weekend from college. he's just enrolled in the navy rotc program, as a pilot and now four-year student. since my father (now 78) he's the first to wear a uniform. pretty darn proud of him

there's a blank space next to his name, becuase when he passes his first hurdle in the program, they'll give him an insignia to put there next to his name. he also gets rank insignia for his lapels at that time.

It does appear you have a lot to work with there but...nice shot all the same! Great story too! My nephew is a helicopter pilot in the Air Force but the closest my son comes to operating a lethal weapon is when he plays his bagpipes.....
