looking for some critique in "capturing the moment/emotion"

    well exposed and seen however....

    I would like more emotion/moment i.e. hands higher in the air or better yet OOF
    I would brighten his face a tad and then convert to B&W
    I would also crop the left & remove plow with rope

    The above assumes it was my shot and it is not :D
