I'm way out of town (eg. the other side of the world), and my laptop has a crappy display so I won't comment on colours etc.
    Cute girls! #3 is nice!

    Some tips:
#1 is that a shadow on the wall? Like the pose!
    #2 again: shadow?
#3 crop it a little bit tighter so the fence continues from left to right
#4 nice group photo, but watch the background (tennis court?)

General tips: these girls are cheer leaders, so let them cheer! :-) They do poses they love to show off and other models usually can't do. Oh, get in closer, much closer!

The backgrounds in one and 2 are distracting, I am still trying to figure out if it's a wall with a corner or curve, or funky shadows. And 2 her chin is too high for my taste. I recognize this because I do this of pictures taken of me. I like the poses in the last 2 but number 3 is my favorite, they all look relaxed and happy and nothing really distracts me. I don't have experience in cheerleaders but the above comments make sense to me. I think you did a good job overall!!

I see the revisions you made and yes those are much better.
My thoughts echo what others pointed out in the originals....

I do find the crops a bit tight on the first two as well as far as elbow space goes...
