    B.D.--in my excitement to comment on this, it took me three times to log on .

    Could not be prouder--love it and bout damn time!

    So the moral of the story is--street can eventually pay off :)

    Thanks - and it does indeed feel good. The reality, of course, is that it's one of the strongest images I've ever produced - even if I did shoot it for the George Washington University "Hatchet"
    - the student paper - with a Honeywell Pentax, hand-held meter, and a Vivitar Series I 28 mm f 3.5 (!) lens - one of only three lenses I owned.rolleyes1.gif

    A truly great photo from an important era in our country's history.

    I'm so glad it is being recognized.

    Goes to show that it is the photographer not the equipment.
