#1 has nice color and shutter speed, but I would suggest cropping about 1/4-3/8" off the top of the first one, that bit beyond the top of the falls is distracting.<o:p></o:p>

#2 I think I would have either more of the pool at the bottom or crop up from the bottom so that the stream runs out thru the lower left corner.<o:p></o:p>
Just my .02 worth, which isn't much.

I agree with the suggestions about cropping the top to bring focus to the falls.
