I am going nuts :huh !!! I am new to all photoshop, photography please bear with me....I did the watermark perfectly fine but now when I do the printmark it is tiny what am I doing worng? I even made it pretty big thinking it was that. I feel like I skeeping a step!

then I enter the text

save for web

Check the resolution of the printmark. By default it is probably 72 PPI and I'd be willing to bet your print is 300 PPI. Make the resolution match and see if that helps.
