I'm partial to #1 and #5-a. If you choose 5-a I would crop from the top to make it more of a pano shot.

5a stands out to me Try the pano crop, but I like it like this too!

And I like #2. I think the lace stands out more with the B&W and I also like the high key...more delicate.

gave it a little warmer shade and uploaded...

Now, i'm actually not sure what you meant by "turn up the blacks":) - I replaced the blacks with a slightly lighter shade

I like the last one better too - the black seemed a little stark. I think the lighter background looks very natural with the apples. Sweet!
