The design bug bit me again. I got on a roll this time and created nine original pieces. I'm pretty happy with most of them, but #5, #6, & #8 are still missing something. I can't quite put my finger on it.

These are first drafts. I loved to hear your thoughts and feedback. Thank you for looking.

These are great. #4 and #9 are my favorites. As for #5,6,8, I see what you mean. I wonder if there is another logo you can put on the poster - team logo or league logo.

You are the master of posters. bowdown.gif I've seen your past work and have tried to emulate some of them, with varying degrees of non-success.:D I do agree that your last couple of poster lack "pop" to me, something that makes it stand out and grabs the eye and makes you say "cool!" Less subdued colors maybe?

On a side note, have you ever given any thought to custom designing poster templates for sale (say for a swim team....?). I would love to have something that I could just drag and drop pictures into, instead of purchasing the same old frame.... I do know that you sell to parents, but I would like to buy the template, add the pictures myself.

    LOVE, LOVE #4!
I think #1 could use a more gradual color change, instead of the crisp line down the middle dividing the player and the colors. Maybe moving the curved text to the top (over the helmet of the center?).
    Awesome posters!

Using logos is a great idea but I have to be careful. Some teams have their own logo, but others use the NFL logos.

At one time I thought about selling my posters as templates but decided against it.

I'm constantly going back to "paper bag". Love it.
