Taiwan - Taroko & Taipei

Hey guys!!
I've been AWFK (away from keyboard
) for a month, sorry! but i was taking photo's so i do have something to share with you guys to make it up to you. :wink
I had to go to Taiwan for work and was able to add a few weeks to that trip to see some of Taiwan. I don't know when i would have choosen Taiwan as a holiday destination, but i wish i would have done sooner! It's such a beautiful place! Hope i can do it justice with these shots. All shot with either my Xti or S90.
1) The first stop on my trip was Taroko Gorge, one of the main attractions of Taiwan. Mist started rolling in the valley.
2) The Gorge is cut by the water that flowed through for ages. There are some beautiful trails through the different gorges.
3) To my amazement i met this beautiful lady in Taroko Gorge, fell head over heels and jumped into this pool with her
4) We weren't the only ones that liked to take photo's in the gorge. The water looked so nice and blue, i could spend months in there!
5) Some nice green zen - good for your eyes :thumb Off to Taipei!!

7) My newfound love loved to make photos of me making photos Thank god she's pretty good in it and i actually like this photo more then the one i made here :rofl

9) Lovely food everywhere in Taipei! All freshly steamed in these lovely baskets.
10) I had to put this photo in, the food deserves it! :bow

The middle part of this post has some better shots than the first shot (maybe that is why its so quiet here..
I am heading back to China in December.. have spent 6 weeks there so far this year.. am smitten
oh yea! My wife is there
