can't open photos

Trying repeatedly to open the photos in this gallery (clicking on them so they open in the lightbox) and all I get is a "loading" message but the photos don't load! Please help -- I have a client interested in purchasing these!

    And... it won't let me delete photos in this gallery. I delete them and they're still there.

    Just talking to myself tonight, I guess :D

    My original problem is still there. See * below for my temporary solution.

    The issue in my second post (about not being able to delete) has worked itself out.

    * thank you SmugMug for the feature of being able to zip files and send them from the website via email! I was able to do that and get them to the client that way so I really, really appreciate that feature. thumb.gif

    This sounds like the known issue described here:

    Try the temporary workaround of setting External Links to YES in the gallery settings?

    Holy smokes -- you nailed it, BigRed! I enabled external links and it now works! Thank you so much for your help.
