I also use JungleDisk and Amazon S3 to back up all my files, including Word docs, spreadsheets, .psd files, etc. They rock.
Does Jungle Disk support keeping around multiple file revisions? It looks like a great application of S3 and I'd love to use it, but the last time I checked, they only supported one revision of each file...

It looks to me that Jungle Disk still supports only a single version.
I just did a quick search and came up with another tool that says it supports multiple file versions and also supports S3. Might be worth a look: http://www.superflexible.com/googles3.htm.
