Steve - most of these shots were taken in posititions where I could rest the camera lens on something. eg the for last 2 shots I very carefully picked the flower and laid it down on a low wall.

Technically they are refractions - I just place a flower about 1 flower diameter behind dewdrops on lawn grass.
