Otters taking a sand bath
Today I was following HarryB down a dike road in the Viera Wetlands. He passed the pool where a couple of Otters have been hanging out, and when he had traveled about 100' past that pool, these two came up to the road behind him for a little sand bath. Rolling in the sand helps keep their fur dry, and helps in getting rid of parasites.

I love #5. The otter in that one just looks totally blissed out. Love the sheen on the fur, as well.
Nice to see these, Ira.:D
Otters do prefer Canon equipped photogs...BTW.
