    Hi Craig --

Gotta love that glow at sunset. It really helps make photos "pop".

The lighting in that 2nd photo is just great. It's almost as if the little one is being drawn toward the light.

Come to think of it...the babies were walking more in the sunlight verses the shadows. I'm sure it was warmer then in the shade.

Happy you liked the photo of the baby :D

Or so right about the light --- it really does help "make the shot".

Thank for looking -- glad you liked the last one.

I love the perspective on that first one, Mary. And don't worry, those grass stains on your shirt just add character. :giggle

Happy to hear you liked the first one. She was keeping a good eye on me around her babies.

As for the grass stains, mud, dirt, stinky algae smell and duckie doo...it was worth it rolleyes1.gif

    Hey Mary,

I tried to shoot some ducks recently ( actually, they were geese ). My shots didn't turn near as nicely as these.

    Tom
I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.

I have to admit..the setting sun really helped me out on these. It was filtered thought some trees so it was just perfect.

Geese...I can't take a good photo of a goose. Black head and white body seems to really throw me off.
