Dear Sir or Madam,

Five years ago I received one of your excellent bags as a gift. I am a wildlife photographer and find myself in the field in austere conditions every day. Rain or shine, I am trudging through the field with my Think Tank, Speed Racer Camera Bag. I am not going to say that I'm easy on equipment, though I will cover my camera and lens in bad weather. I seldom take any action to protect my camera bag. For the past five years, every time I had a camera in my hand. I had my ThinkTank, Speed Racer on my waist.

Last week, I noticed that after five years of hard use and abuse. The stitching on my bag finally came undone. The sides were badly abraded, and it was obvious that my old friend was on its last leg. I contacted the factory and was assured that they would be happy to fix it. The little voice in my head warned me that factory repairs of used equipment are usually inordinately expensive. With great trepidation, I placed the bag in a box and shipped it off to the factory. While waiting for my Think Tank to return I used one of my old bags and was reminded why I love the Think Tank so much. One week later, a box arrived at my house but did not contain my worn out, dirty, tattered camera bag. It had been replaced with a brand-new bag! I contacted the factory by telephone and assured them that they had made a mistake; I was told that if they can't fix the bag they replace it with a new one at no charge. It's part of the lifetime warranty. You could knock me over with a feather. I've never had such excellent customer service! Can you imagine any other company [nikon ,canon lol] doing that? Me neither.

I have seldom promoted products in 10 years of shooting. I've heard all the promises and watched few of them come true. I may sound bitter, but I like to think of it as being realistic. If you're thinking about buying a camera bag give the Think Tank products a try. And remember that even in the tough times that were in now, the company stood by its products and its customers! Thank you ThinkTank for great bag, and even better service!

Sincerely,

Jeff Wear. Photographer and very satisfied life long customer.
Jeff W

I have a Think Tank Airport Antidote backpack and have used and abused it for 4 years with NO COMPLAINTS. I LOVE that bag. And, if I need any other bags, they'll be Think Tank for sure.

    Amazing warranty.wings.gif

    Think Tank = great gear
but I sure wish they would change how they ship. I got a box from them a couple of weeks ago and the shipping label clearly showed my phone number and email address. That wasn't so bad, really, but also prominently displayed was the list of items, including a Belly Dancer harness, Skin set, and Pixel Pocket Rocket.

My wife saw that and asked me all kind of questions about exactly what was inside. And now even the UPS guy looks at me a little funny! :yikes :D

    ThinkTank
My wife and I have two ThinkTank Digital Holster 30s, a Skin Set and Airport Security V2.0s plus a Pixel Racing Harness V2.0 and a Pro Speed Belt between us. I bought the gear for a gig in Australia this year and couldn't be happier. Best equipment I have ever used. Built like a tank and perfect for our uses. It cost a bunch.... but as someone else said earlier "it will outlast me"......... yes, and maybe your grandkids too! Top quality gear.

    Think Tank bag
I had a Urban Disguise 30 that I sold after a few months because, in my opinion, hard to use. Quality, true, really excellent, but functionality very questionable. The top zip closure makes very hard to put the camera in and as well to take it out. Very tight spaces. Could they make the top opening in different and more practical way, as I suggested to their customer service department, it could be the best camera bag around.

I'm a bagaholic and will take a bag back in a second if it doesn't serve my purposes, and I have. I bought the Digital Harness 20, the Chimp Cage, All-The-Other-Stuff plus belts and harnesses. When I used the D-Holster for backpacking, mounted on my chest I really fell in love with ThinkTank stuff. The quality is as good as it gets. Fits my 7D with a Really Right Stuff "L" bracket like it was made for it. I am able to have the camera strap around my neck and the camera laying onto of the D-Holster with very little trouble. When I get in rougher terrain the camera gets stowed, quickly and easily. Either way I can stop and get the quick shots and keep on trucking. At first the whole belt thing was hard to get use to but now it's the only way to go and stay on the move. Love, love, love ThinkTank.
