Anyone created a nice ePub or .MOBI copy of the various API doco?

I am hoping someone somewhere made a simple copy of the API reference material for each or ANY version of the API's. I don't care as long as it's not PDF which on most all ebook readers is a PITA on it's best day unless done correctly.

Helll, I would settle for a zipped HTML version and would be happy to convert work on conversion to both epub (for the Sony and othe reader users) as well as a MOBI/PRC version for Kindle or FBReader users (some versions of FBReader are not that great with EPUB).

Heck, most readers can indeed handle HTML as well but I prefer a real ebook format for a variety of reasons.

I like keeping my references on my Kindle(s) and really haven't spent the time it will take to use some sort of HTML site copy app then trying to massage that into a book format.

Oh and PDF is not so great if it's not properly setup for ebook readers, thing 6" panel sizes with a TOC and other stuff needed for proper navigation and searching...the Kindle is particularly poor at some of the PDF stuff, even after letting Amazon try and convert the PDF into a format for the Kindle (AZW or MOBI as a rule but PRC works too).

Anyway, just a wish because it would make using the API a lot easier. Even the HELP section would be down right spiffy as an ebook.

And as I say, there are limits to Kindle PDF handling but if a way can be made to make that work well and as intended (font handling is, well, not great on most devices though the Opus and a the readers from Pocketbooks are not completely horrid...).

I think this would be a handy bonus for some of us out here...SM has the resources and original files...and oh, yeah, I tried the existing API refernece via the Kindle's web browser (not a great browser) but the SM API doco pages still have way too much overhead for that browser, at least in my old K1 and newer K2i. Not sure about the GDX or the original DX or the K3 but PDF stuff is still not great on any of those either.

I am going to take a whack at the doco for API 1.2.2's page as it seems trimer than the previous API reference pages...of I simply had not found the meat an potato's page before. ;) No tine frame but if I get something kludged up I will be happy to share it.
