I'm so upset and frustrated I don't know what to do or who to contact. I purchased a lens from Adorama and wasn't pleased with it-I get it on a Thursday and send it out that following Monday. They were closed for some holidays for like a week and a half I think. Anyway, I ship USPS w/tracking/insurance on the 21st of Sept-USPS left a notice for pick up...check Monday and it still isn't picked up. I call Adorama and was told they would do it that day. Yesterday, I check-still not picked up. I call, line busy, so I contact them through email-no answer back. I will call once Again today and if it isn't picked up today or tomorrow the PO will send it back to me because it will have been there for 15 days. I'm so mad because I did MY part to return the product and no one is doing anything about it on THEIR end. Does anyone know someone from Adorama that could help me?? I don't know what else to do.
