While sitting around a campfire a while back I looked down saw this face on the log in the fire. I almost got up and ran away. :rofl

That face with fire all around it...

I'd be sitting in church the first chance the doors opened eek7.gif

Thanks Sam, it did take a few tries to get the exposure correct.

    I appreciate the comment.

Randy, I agree. I was way out in the sticks with just my dog. I definitely looked over my shoulder after seeing that face. :jawdrop

Ha! Your right, I never noticed that before.

I was still seeing the first face before the fire got to it and it now looked like he was screaming with his mouth wide open.

It's kinda like looking at clouds, so many different things our minds will pull out of the random shapes.

    Thanks.

OK since it's Halloween month I grabbed a eye ball from a Hawk I recently shot and dropped it into this fire face image.

What do you think considering it's Halloween and this is obviously modified just for fun?

    Happy Halloween!

Great shot! Reminds me of the Robert Service poem..."The Cremation of Sam McGee"

Thanks for the comments Rae and Mary.

Rae, very fitting poem. Maybe it was Sam. :D

It was fun finding the right eye. I had several shots of the hawk looking in different directions. Flipping through the multiple versions you see the eye moving and looking in different directions. rolleyes1.gif

Pretty cool. Very distinct visual. Nice find in the fire.
