SLIDESHOW ON IPHONE4 is not working for my site. I viewed my website
on my co-workers iphone3gs and it streamed fine. I don't know what code I changed. Which of the slideshow are Mobile friendly. Another question why in the default slideshow Set up i get one box for setting measurements.:scratch

The homepage slideshow BOX is iPhone 4 (HTML5) compliant, as is the Gallery Style slideshow.

Thank you for the quick response. On my Iphone 4 I can't view none of the slideshows. Is a recent purchased
do you think the phone needs to be upgrade. Another thing I have a pro account and my default slideshow form is missing some entries?

Your homepage slideshow is a custom slideshow and Smugmug does not support that on the iPhone (though it does work on my Droid that has Flash support). When Andy says the homepage slideshow supports the iPhone, he means the built-in slideshow (the one available in the homepage layout button), not the custom one you're using.

The gallery slideshows should work on your iphone.

    The phone is using Safari.
I just added the default slideshow on my site and can't see it on my phone. Even the margins are off. The Search button appears beneath the slideshow and galleries nav bar Buttons.headscratch.gif

Please advice and thank you for you kind support.

I explain in post #4 in this thread that your slideshow will not show on any iDevice because you are not using the type of slideshow that supports iDevices. Please read that post again.

I don't know why. You do have some serious HTML errors in your custom header that you should fix. Remember, nearly every HTML tag should have an open tag and a matching close tag. Every <ul> should have one </ul>, every <div> a matching </div>, every <li> a matching </li>, every <table> and matching </table>. This does not appear to be the case in your custom header. I don't know if that could be causing the problem or not. I don't have an iPhone to try your site (I use a Droid).

I know the problem. Your custom domain joserojasphoto.com is not configured properly. The supported way is CNAME Alias of www.joserojasphoto.com to domains.smugmug.com and then you can set an A-record for joserojasphoto.com to point to our IP address. More here: http://www.smugmug.com/help/professional-accounts and please write our Support Heroes if you need our help with it, we have Domain experts on staff standing by :)
