Good morning! I was wondering if anyone knows of a good source for solid camera strap quick connects. I use a hand strap most of the time, but would like to switch to my Nikon or SmugMug strap from time to time without having to Lace them up.
I can find straps with quick connects at a few places online, but I don't really need more straps.
I have a D700 with the 28-300, so I'd like to find some good robust ones.
Thanks,
-George

I know this looks like a marketing promo but I have no affiliation with them. I just like their stuff and their reasonable prices.

wally world and got some over sized split rings, like used for key chains, and added them to my camera strap triangle on my camera....
not as fast as a quick connect but a lot sturdier............
got a dozen for about $2..........
Nam et ipsa scientia potestas est.
They work fine and you get a set of two for the price.

another thought .....buy some old cloth camera straps and remove the clips off them......they usually can be found in
privately owned camera stores for a buck or 2...................
