I haven't been able to access my site since last evening, tried pinging this morning and no response. Nothing about downtime on the Status Update Site, anyone else having trouble? Tried not only my site, but smugmug.com, can't get anything.

Your site is working just fine, here, and we are, and have been, up and running normally. Try closing and reopening your browser? Try a different browser? Do you have a different computer? Can you see this: http://cmac.smugmug.com ?

If the problem persists, please write our Support Heroes we'll help from the help desk.

Thanks Andy, I can't get cmac.smugmug.com or any smugmug.com. I have cleared my cache, tried different computers, Firefox and IE, turned off and rebooted modem, router, computers, etc. I called my ISP and they said they too couldn't get smugmug.

What is odd is that the isp had me ping www.smugmug.com from a cmd prompt and it didn't respond.

But I see now I am also having trouble with a few other sites (for example, the images at the top of this forum aren't loading for me) so maybe I need to call them again before I contact the help desk.

You have a firewall, or something like AVG or Norton? I think your settings got broken somehow. Be sure that *.smugmug.com is listed as a 'trusted' site.

Thanks Andy. I use MS Security Essentials and haven't changed anything lately. I can access many sites just fine, but weather.com and epicurious.com for example don't load, and others load without images or formatting (e.g. ebay and Facebook). I tried speedtest and my download speeds are high. I just can't figure this one. But Smugmug and weather.com and epicurious are the only sites that don't load at all. In any case, it clearly isn't a smugmug.com problem, so I will keep looking for solutions. I appreciate as always your prompt response to questions and problems.

Oh, and I have three computers in the house and they all have the same problem, so it's clearly not a machine or browser specific issue. Time to call my ISP again.
