one pic from three seperate pics

is this possible? two deceased grandmothers and a grandchild in one pic- and will it look like an original pic?

    Yes, it's certainly possible in Photoshop. But the result depends completely on the original images. The most difficult part of making a composite look natural is that the light has to be consistent. If you post the originals, we might be able to say whether it's likely to work.
