Apartment for rent

I called them number out of curiosity to see what apts are going for--you ready for this?
$1,500 for a two bedroom.

    The brickwork and the gate add some character the construction, I think. That said, I like the look of the little boy on the railing. He looks like he's having so much fun! That's what pulls me into this shot.

    So my being from the Bay Area and you from NY, is this high or low?ne_nau.gif

    I like the shot with the kids' expressions contrasting with the woman's.

    I like the brickwork also, so I made sure to tone down the contrast so it wouldn't be all about the brickwork.

    My favorite part--the Christmas tree in the window :)

    1,500 for a two bedroom is about average in Queens. This part of Queens I was driving throuh is a little dicey though, BUT it is only 1 block from the 7 train, so there you go.

    When I lived in TX $1,500 was the mortgage in a 4 bedroom house with actual lot lines, maybe even a pool rolleyes1.gif.
