    You mind sharing what you shot these with and what your settings were. I love the framing and tight focusing. Nice work!

    There is a great piece of free software out there, Opanda. It lets you click on images and read the exif data. Sometimes the data is not there. A lot easier than getting everybody to post information with each photo shared.

    These were shot with a D700 and 70-200 f2.8 VR (version 1) and 4 off camera flashed bounced off the wall behind me. All flashed were triggered with Cactus V2s triggers. My settings are typically unique to the gym I'm shooting in, but I'm most likely around f2.8, 1/200th, ISO between 400 & 800, White Balance set with kelvin values that match the gym. My bounced flashes are usually set to 1/4power and the longest focal length.
