I don't usually shoot macro, but I thought I'd try, can't say I was all that successful compared to the great shots I see here.
I use an Olympus E-3 and these were with the 50-200mm + EC-25 Extension tube. Used my tripod, manual focus, about 1/60, ISO 400. Kept moving the f-stop up to get better dof, can't say I was too successful. The wind (slight as it was kept moving the darn web back and forth.
I would love to get some pointers so my second attempt is better.
I tried again today with my 50/2 and the EC-25, but man, the dof was razor thin even at f9!
