Recent mix of bug shots from the garden. All 5D mk2 MPE-65.

Largish ground beetle (temporarily trapped under a glass)
Water measurer (Hydrometra) about 9mm body length
Signal fly - Sepsis sp. about 3.5mm body length
Woodlice and ants (both were feeding on some sugar/honey spray on lichens)
Flying red ant ( I think) about 4mm body length
Hoverfly Syrphus species.
Late darter dragonfly- not seen one for quite a few weeks. Taken with MPE-65 with front mounted TC
Crop of larva of a waxy lacewing - Coniopterygidae - about 2.6mm body length
