I rally like this picture. And to be honest, I wouldn't have noticed that the dog was overexposed if you hadn't said anything. I really like the way you caught the walker in stride.
Thanks for the feedback, guys. West is where the sun goes down, I believe. As for the tilt, it's not quite as challenging as Ben's bus stop, but I couldn't get the fence to look level without making the trees lean left.

If you have PT Lens or Lightroom 3, you could try using the horizontal/vertical shifts to make everything level and even.
However, I don't think it's that big a deal, myself.
Keep waiting Ben - the sidewalk in the foreground appears to be slanting down hill to the right. Look at the sidewalk in the background - it's level, suggesting that the image is level.:ivar

In fact, the street runs somewhat downhill to the right, while the stuff in the background does not. It's always a challenge when the lines are inconsistent, but like MarkR, I didn't think it mattered too much in this one.

A better indication of level is probably that hedge line in the background. The trees that should (generally) be straight up and down there as well and I think it's where the eye wants to go for horizontal reference.
I see a little bit of a halo around the pants of the walker (below the knee on the front leg) too.
Pleasant looking street scene

Lovely image of, more than anything else, a mood. Very nice.

I think a better title might have been "Feelin' Groovy." Good thing titles are easy to change.

As for tilted? Naw..... The lightpoles in the background appear vertical. Can't say I've ever seen a tilted lightpole so it must be straight, right?
