WTT: My D3 for your D700

I have been pondering the idea of trading my D3 for a D700 and I want to go back to a smaller body. My D3 has 35,000 shutter actuations and is in excellent condition! I bought the camera on 11/28/2008 from B&H. I have the original box and everything else that comes with a new D3. I would be looking for roughly $1000 plus your D700. I would prefer a D700 with the same or less amount of shutter actuations but it is not a deal killer. I would also prefer a D700 that has the box and extras as well.
